I was unable to attend the Homeowners meeting, however, I had a question about our HO dues being raised. I don't have a problem with it, but I would like to be informed what the extra monies is going toward. My opinion, is we need to look into some additional street lights throughout the neighborhood. Thanks..Iris Bonanno
Hello Mrs. Bonanno! Thank you for using our blog site. The purpose for the annual fee increase is to keep up with the rising cost for landscaping and maintenance, electricity, water, insurance, and all our other associated expenses. We have had the same annual fee rate for many years, but our operating cost during this time has gone up significantly. I will bring up the issue of the lights at our monthly board meeting which happens to be this coming Thursday. Thank you.
John
